Position Description:
We are currently seeking a Program Manager for the TMS-FMH Business Unit to lead the efforts for new development programs Position Requirements:
Act as Program Manager/Leader for development programs Generate and update Program Management Plans (PMP) which include marketing/executive Summary, integrated master schedule, risk mitigation plan, Spec/SOW (Statement of Work) Compliance Matrices, Qual Test Matrices, Technical Summaries and budget information Act as Account Manager for all cognizant programs, customer website mgr, as well as customer focal point during the development activity/process Lead/Coordinate/manage the activities of the Program Team, as well as procurement and operations activities Conduct PDR/CDR's (Preliminary and Critical Design Reviews) as well as other reivews for programs with the customer. Track/Control Budgets & Schedule for programs, as welll as Scope Creep and price changes Prepare monthly budgetary report for Engineering/MFG/Purchasing and Tooling expeditures versus Estimating budget Engage in Proposal, Sales and Marketing activities as deemed necessary by Director of Programs/Sales Review and acknowledge customer contracts/PO's, RFP's, Coord Memos, SOW Program/Project Leader experience BS Mechanical Engineering Degrees or similar Aerospace experience a plus
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Mechanical Engineering, Program ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
