What you'll do Define, own, and maintain KPIs for your respective services/function in terms of service availability, delivery, security, and restoration Identify critical service offerings and drive improvements Communication management with stakeholders and partners Promote, maintain, enhance, and institutionalize SIP - service improvement plan Manage and track the implementation of the SIP activities, and report and escalate issues as needed Drive service goals that satisfy business needs at a price the business can afford Proactively build and sustain strong and effective relationships with stakeholders, engineering teams and senior management Work closely with business to understand the needs and drive the business forward What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in Info Systems, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience (required) 7 years of work experience using ServiceNow Configuration Management Database and Service Mapping or comparable data workflow systems (required) Prior service management experience preferred 5
years' experience managing end-to-end IT services delivery and operations Experience with cloud technologies (Azure preferred) Excellent communication both written and verbal ITIL certification or comparable ITIL/ITSM related work experience Strong contract review, documentation, and negotiation skills
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Systems Architecture & Engineering, Technology ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
