Irvine Kids Dentist Irvine Kids Dentist Irvine, CA Irvine, CA Full-time Full-time $20 - $30 an hour $20 - $30 an hour 2 days ago 2 days ago 2 days ago Duties - Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk - Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual - Provide general administrative and clerical support - Maintain a neat and organized front desk area - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and managing inventory - Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Assist with various administrative tasks as needed Requirements - Previous experience in a similar role as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a customer service/administrative position is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Google Suite and other office software - Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Professional appearance and demeanor Previous Dental office work experience required Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
