Marketing Cloud Administrator

The Marketing Cloud Administrator will collaborate with business systems analyst and
products teams to build solutions to meet business challenges and ensure effective
collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Analyze technical business requirements to configure, develop and release solutions on
the Marketing Cloud platform.
Manage and update integrations and connectors.
Research and resolve system errors.
Develop user facing layouts and UIs.
Apply A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques
Create comprehensive reports to track ROI and key performance indicators
Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance,
providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Marketing Cloud certifications preferred
Education and/or
Experience:
Minimum 2 years professional work experience. Experience in financial services a plus

years of experience with Marketing Cloud
Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Experience collaborating and managing relationships with other technology teams and
business partners.
Experience with Salesforce and Sales Cloud
Experience with email marketing and campaign automation
Experience with Marketing Cloud tools such as Journey Builder, Data Extensions,
Automation Studio Content Builder, Email Studio, etc.
Experience with Change Management to create plans that result in greater acceptance
and adoption of new systems and processes.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability
to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small
group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Reasoning Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect
Experience with HTML, CSS, SQL, AMPscript
