Magazine, is searching for an Administrative Assistant/Front Desk Receptionist who is capable of excelling in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will manage reception at the front desk and manage business related tasks for the executive team such as organizing schedules, coordinating meetings, planning functions, and handling internal office expenses.
Your Day Looks Like:
Grab yourself a coffee from our complimentary fresh brewed machine, sit down at the front desk to check your emails and welcome in your coworkers.
Schedule appointments, conference calls, and meetings for the senior executives in the office.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls.
Plan, organize and coordinate exciting functions, and special events for the TRAFFIK team and the President's clients.
Coordinate schedules, appointments, reservations and travel arrangements.
Balance internal office expenses and handle petty cash.
Keep the office calendar updated with staff attendance, birthdays and events.
Assist with onboarding of new employees by completing an array of onboarding tasks.
Coordinate with management regarding proper hardware/ software for new team members.
Backup and remove computer information to assign to new hires.
Track, reorder, and restock the office & kitchen supplies.
Retrieve, sort, and distribute mail accordingly.
Provide technical support to your coworkers and executives.
Additional tasks as assigned.

The ability to work full-time in person in our custom designed headquarters in Irvine, CA! You Know:
