is seeking a full time Certified Site Surveillance Technician and/or Certified Asbestos Consultant.
Candidates should have 2 years of experience at a minimum.
The duties include but are not limited to/requirements:
REQUIRED --Have current Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST) / Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC) certifications; -Inspection of residential, commercial (including high-rise buildings) and retail properties; -Structures will be in the construction phase, unoccupied and occupied existing structures; -Sampling for asbestos, lead, mold, bacteria, and sample interpretation, moisture assessments utilizing moisture meters & infrared Thermography technology; -Collection of other data such as relative humidity and temperature readings; -Good note and photo-taking skills; -Develop reports based on data collected; -Candidates should have good troubleshooting skills to produce a conclusion and/or a scope of work based on the interpretation of data collected; -Work would be 50% fieldwork & 50% report writing; -Must have excellent communication skills & the ability to work well with clients; -Must have reliable transportation; -Majority of work will be in Orange County, CA -Flexible work schedule; -Training will be provided; -Salary is based on the candidates' skills and experience.
2 years of experience preferred.
