The ideal candidate will have one to six years' experience in Employment, Labor Law and PAGA experience.
Candidates must be committed to client service, a quick learner, and have strong writing, organizational, and communication.
The candidate must have litigation experience, preferably defense side on employment cases, including managing written discovery, and preparing for depositions.
A major role in employment litigation and counseling in a wide range of employment cases including individual, class, and PAGA litigation.
Experience defending clients in employment litigation, including class action/PAGA cases.
We are looking for a long-term addition to our team who has a great work ethic, and positive attitude.
Requirements:
Experience advising clients on California labor and employment.
Excel in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to negotiate, research, and communicate both verbally and in writing.
Proficiency in taking depositions, hearing attendance and trial preparation.
Proven ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.
Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
