In this role, you will be an integral part of our sales team, helping to provide top-notch customer service, support billing and financing, and facilitate case approvals.
Description of Role (Sales Support Specialist):
Work closely with the sales team to support and facilitate the sales process Handle billing and financing tasks Assist with the approval of cases and ensure all necessary documents are collected and processed accurately Provide excellent customer service to our clients, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Perform other duties as assigned by management Training:
Training will be 1 on 1 Training will be indefinite as well; this will provide ongoing development and to sharpen your skill sets Our managers and team leaders will always be available to answer on the spot and provide support at all times to make sure you succeed!
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Positive attitude and friendly demeanor Proficiency with computer software and technology Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team Willingness to learn and grow with the company Perks and
