As Direct Support Professionals, it is our goal to support the adults we serve by creating a positive and rewarding work environment, building meaningful relationships and working on goals to improve our participants' lives.
We are looking for compassionate, active, and reliable DSPs to support adults with developmental disabilities (autism, down syndrome, intellectual disabilities) at their volunteer sites and community based.
Responsibilities Include:
Transport individuals served with personal vehicle, including; to and from home, job site and other activities in the community.

65 cents per miles ) Work with individuals at volunteer sites, going on community outings to target independence in community integration, purchasing and budgeting skills, and physical fitness/wellbeing Build rapport with PRIDE participants to provide the most individualized support Collect data on skill and behavior goals Behavior management & reduction Provide 1:

All drivers must be 23 years old or older with a clean driving record and current vehicle insurance.
High School Diploma DOJ (Department of Justice) Livescan background check/fingerprints.
CPR/FIRST Aide Certification Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities is preferred.
Must be comfortable working through challenging behaviors.
