Essential Functions:
Works with various internal departments and off-site facilities to ensure adherence to tracking standards and accurate data documentation.
Develops spreadsheets and tools to track materials, ensure reliable inventory counts, and prevent shrinkage.
Receives, pickups, and delivers sensitive material.
Tracks and compares orders, shipments, and deliveries of raw materials.
Collects on and off site data; compiles reports using data.
Reviews surveillance footage for missing gold units as assigned.
Offers guidance and training to teams regarding inventory tracking, simple weights, and measure principles.
Processes approved invoices, creates batches, and completes monthly roll-forward reports for all labs.
Oversees all inventory in Crib Master for local and remote labs.
Observes production floors for lost/missing items; communicates with managers for investigation as needed.
Performs random spot checks and inventory counts in local and remote labs.
Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.
Pay Range:
$23-$26p/hr.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
