Essential Functions:
Enters alphabetic and numeric notes into GCM, GO, FedEx, and DL Plus systems following standard documentation requirements.
Relies on extensive knowledge and experience to verify accuracy of data to be entered.
Retrieves E-Cart orders and verifies accuracy of the orders received.
Prints labels and work orders; verifies account information on each shipping label.
Follows pre-established shipping guidelines.
Assembles marketing/product kits to ensure department readiness for customer orders.
Performs detailed research on questionable orders; communicates any discrepancies to internal customers and Supervisor/Manager.
Uses the GCM system to identify customer's account information by minimal search keywords including customer's phone number.
Prints shipping labels and attaches them to the corresponding supply orders.
Ensures accurate information is captured in GCM system; e.
g.
doctor's ID, patient's name where applicable, type of order or request, etc.
Locates and corrects errors and solicits assistance from Team Leader or Supervisor/Manager when needed.
Meters outgoing mail and ensures envelopes are properly sealed.
Weighs outgoing mail to ensure that postage is correct.
Readdresses undeliverable mail bearing incomplete/incorrect address.
Performs other related duties and projects as required by management.
Education and
Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in fulfillment or shipping a plus.
Pay Range:
$17.
00-17.
00/hr.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
