Position located in Irvine, CA.
Position fully remote, eventually hybrid.
Tech support through phone, emails, chat (20-30 phone calls per day, 10-15 emails per day).
Windows, Mac, IOS troubleshooting.
Entry level, 4 week training period.
Qualities needed:
customer service experience, able to multi task, self starter, good phone voice.
Not required, but plus:
corporate service desk experience, active directory experience, certifications.
