Growth opportunities Wellness programs We are in an immediate need of a Customer Service Representative to provide quality support to our national sales and production teams.
We provide customer care and administrative services to managers in over 15 states.
Common task include, but are not limited to:
- Answers, Transfer, and filter incoming calls of a multi-line phone system - Taking details of incoming client leads - Scheduling/rescheduling client appointments - Resolving customer concerns - General office duties including filing, faxing, copies, mail, etc.
- Support the team with a whatever is necessary attitude Ideal Candidate will possess some or all of these traits:
- Attention to detail - Can work independently - Strong communication skills - Hard-worker - Ability to exercise independent judgment when needed & to follow established policies & procedures - Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from interns & clients
