In this role, the Office Coordinator will contribute to the smooth flow of materials, support inventory control, and help maintain a well-organized and efficient corporate office environment.
Please note:
This position is fully on site.
WHAT YOU WILL DO Assist and support the Office and Facilities Coordinators with inventory supplies for the office and break room Assist with inventory control by receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming supplies, equipment, and furniture.
This may include cataloging items, updating inventory systems, coordinating with vendors, and operating a pallet jack Some heavy lifting, moving, and carrying of office supplies, furniture, equipment, and any other materials from one location to another within the office premises may be necessary Assist in the assembly, disassembly, and rearrangement of office furniture, such as desks, chairs, cabinets, and shelves Assist with any office layout changes or reorganization, including moving furniture and equipment to create more efficient workspaces or accommodate new hires Provide physical support for office events and meetings, such as setting up chairs, tables, audio-visual equipment, and other necessary materials Provide general office assistance to our Office and Facilities Coordinators and other administrative staff Assist with any additional requests or special projects that arise Complete other duties at the discretion of management ABOUT YOU Communication skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with employees, suppliers, and vendors Physical Stamina:
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as carrying and moving objects or packages over an extended period Inventory Management:
Familiarity with inventory control principles, including accurately documenting, tracking, and reconciling incoming and outgoing materials Attention to detail:
Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation, labeling, and verification of materials to prevent inventory discrepancies Adaptability:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities, demands, and workflows QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or GED required Job Type:
