What You'll Do As part of our team, you'll help our clients manage their tax documents, address their concerns and move their cases from start to finish.

Responsibilities Assist the sales team with client portal and billing set up Assist the operations team with client follow-up and communication Gather and organize client tax documents Conduct welcome calls with new clients Manage client inquiries and provide timely responses via phone and email Maintain sensitive client records and information and follow up on outstanding issues Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure that client cases are handled efficiently and effectively Answer and direct phone calls Other duties as assigned Skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Ability to build relationships with clients Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic financial literacy 45 wpm typing speed required High school diploma required Experience with financial or legal documents strongly preferred Benefits PTO Health plan reimbursement 401(k) availability Consideration for future management opportunities Job Type:
