------------------------------------------- We are looking for a bright and motivated leader to be the Business Manager at the Irvine dental office branch.
Full-time position.
The staff size for this office is 13 personnel.
This is a direct hire position to be fulfilled by HB Staffing for whom you will interview initially.
A.
Operational Responsibilities - Responsible for hiring, managing, training, disciplining, coaching and overseeing day-to-day activities of office staff - Collaborate with corporate and operations management teams in New York to ensure that HR and Accounting policies are observed and practiced - Enthusiastic and uplifting attitude towards employees - Approve time-off/vacation and time cards for staffs - Create weekly work schedules for entire office - Maintain medical supplies inventory and work with Corporate office for replenishment B.
Financial Responsibilities - Motivate sales team to hit aggressive monthly sales targets - Assist sales team to close difficult deals - Make daily deposits into banks - Manage office supply budget - Monitor staff overtime hours and approve overtime schedule only if it is business critical - Forward invoices to corporate accounting Qualifications - 3
years of experience working in a Dental office, with at least 2 of those years in a managerial role - 4-year degree, preferably in Business Administration; Management; Healthcare - Good written and verbal communication skills - Good judgment and a strong ability to be effective with a variety of personalities - People skills:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
