Financial Analyst Intern part time

Finance Analyst Intern part time The analyst intern will support finance and operations departments.
Working 25 to 30 hours per week.
The analyst intern will assist with key performance indicators, budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and prepare financial analyses in connection with Investor Relations, Operational Improvement, Strategic Planning/Acquisitions, Dispositions & Financings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned from time to time.
Understand, maintain and upgrade reporting of key performance indicators, operational data and management reports Assist with budgets forecasts and financial models including alternatives and sensitivities Knowledge of DCF, NPV, IRR, and Waterfall schedules is preferred.
Participate in the development and maintenance of metrics, measurements, methods, and targets Collaboratively work with internal technical staff and external vendors.
Required Skills:
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office products including Excel, Access and PowerPoint with strong skills in database creation and management are required.
Good oral and written communication skills Strong work ethic Ability to be detail oriented, prioritize, and multi-task.
Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Education and/or Experience B.
