Part Time Book Keeper Needed in Rancho Santa Margarita.
We are painting contractor located in Rancho Santa Margarita, and we are looking for an experienced, part-time bookkeeper.
Expert level in QuickBooks is a must.
Knowledge of ADP Payroll Service practices.

years of book keeping experience.
Background in Construction Accounting a plus.
Detail-oriented, organized and accurate.
Ability to track inconsistencies and follow-up independently.
Friendly, professional demeanor.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Credit card and bank statement reconciliations.
AP / AR functions.
Journal Entries.
Inputting cash disbursements and receipts.
Month-End close-out.
Assisting CPA with year-end close-out Other office Admin support, as needed.
