This position requires five years of utilization management/discharge planning/case management experience required.
Working knowledge of InterQual (severity of illness, intensity of service) criteria set required.
Critical Care and or Emergency Room experience desired.
Case management certification preferred.
Bachelor''s Degree and/or Master''s Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
Good communication, negotiation and relationship building skills are critical.
Current CA RN licensure and BCLS card.
