MOMENTUM FITNESS BEACH BARRE has quickly become the hottest new exercise in Huntington Beach.
Our Program will give you 30 hours of personal hands on training with Liza MacFadden.
You will be given a certificate of completion at the end of the program and be eligible to teach at MOMENTUM! This is a dynamic and transforming program that will take your practice and knowledge of barre conditioning to a whole new level! We recommend taking one of Liza MacFadden's BEACH BARRE classes prior to signing up.
Requirements:
Take 5 BEACH BARRE classes per week during the training; we start each training day with a BEACH BARRE class.
You will need to take 3 additional classes throughout the week.
BEACH BARRE is a dynamic fusion of yoga, body sculpting, barre work, and non-impact cardio that will get you long and lean.
The class is filled with strengthening postures at the barre that works the legs and abdominals intensely fused with yoga postures on the mat to release and lengthen from the barre work.
This class is a cardiovascular program of isometric exercises and orthopedic stretches.
BEACH BARRE will tone your buttocks, abdominals, thighs, and arms.
It will also improve your posture and form a sculpted physique.
With the use of your own body weight for resistance and through dynamic exercise, the muscles are targeted and overloaded to the point of fatigue, then stretched through our yoga series for release.
WE NEED BEACH BARRE INSTRUCTORS IMMEDIATELY AND HIRE DIRECTLY FROM OUR TRAINING PROGRAM.
