Digital Press Operator Wanted

Plan, schedule produce materials within a multi-client operation -- assuring quality and efficiency Propose workflow to minimize labor and improve production Set-up, operate and maintain digital presses and bindery equipment Produce marketing and point-of-sale materials via digital press (including bindery and shipping) Operate DTP software including Fiery to prepare digital projects for production Required Skills &
Qualifications:
Monitor job output/quality for correctness and image quality Resolve job/project deadlines by making logical and independent decisions Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Project) and Adobe (Acrobat Pro, In-Design) An above average ability to organize and manage complex multifaceted projects Position & Incentive Performance Review Areas:
, Production Efficiency Rating -- measured based on 8-hour workday and machine specifications.
, Machine Up-time Rating -- measured in up-time based on 8-hours per day , Team Performance Rating -- based on improvements to work area and products/services offered Compensation:
