REQUIREMENTS:
DUTIES:
Position is in a call center environment (handling inbound calls and outbound calls) Must be able to work weekends (Sat & Sun) & Varied Shifts as needed Must be able to work late until 8 PM M-F Sat and Sun 6pm Handle heavy customer service calls/must have great phone etiquette.
Friendly when dealing with clients, while remaining calm and pleasant under pressure.
Compiles and maintains client charts, performs clerical tasks related to the maintenance of all client records within our filing system.
Enter all data into system in a timely and accurate manner.
Will conduct business effectively over the telephone and internet.
Assist with projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Must be Bilingual.
Must have excellent phone communication skills as well as computer proficiency.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Attention to detail and timelines are essential.
Ability to work independently and in a team work environment.
Enthusiastic, committed, resourceful, able to get the job done.
WORK SCHEDULE:
VARIED EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
2 years.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
