Payroll Clerk
In Need of a Payroll Clerk Pay $11.
00 to $13.
00 per hour Hours 8:
00 am to 5:
00 pm Maternity leave coverage:
Job starts December 16th but they will be training part time from November 8th to December 13th.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Processing of payroll for approximately 450 to 500 employees weekly Ensures the computing, withholding or deductions associated with net pay is done consistent with state/federal regulations and company policies Audit and review Payroll reports to ensure accuracy and correctness Process employee garnishments as needed Oversees the distribution of paychecks and distribution of payroll reports to various personnel Create payroll data reports for management as needed Assist employees with payroll inquiries Processing invoices weekly Requirements Requirements:
3-5 years of payroll processing.
Must be bilingual English-Spanish Strong payroll software experience Knowledge of taxes and garnishments Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet) Basic understanding of general accounting Excellent skills in communication, time management and organization Consistency, reliability and attention to detail Able to work independently or as part of a team Education:
