Customer Service Representative Office Furniture Showroom! CDS is Your First Step to an exciting CSR Career! We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to support sales staff in Corporate Office in Costa Mesa, CA office.
This position is a regular, full-time position.

Duties and Responsibilities Work over the telephone.
Use a state-of-the-art, industry-specific computer system.
Have the power to make sure everything is done to satisfy customers.
Learn something new every day.
Be a part of a successful team.
Minimum 2 years experience in a company working with sales managers.
Experience monitoring sales process.
Excellent analytical, writing, time management and interpersonal skills Advanced computer skills in Micro Soft word, excel and power point.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Able to multitask, prioritize and respond in a fast paced office.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
