Previous Multi-Unit, District Manager experience preferably in Fast Casual or QSR
Progressive career in the food industry
Knowledge of Human Resource procedures and principles
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Ability to problem solve
Excellent communication skills
Strong financial acumen
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to be flexible
Motivational and leadership strength

P&L Responsibility
Hire/Train, Develop Team
Evaluate current business processes and systems
Plan and implement procedures and systems to maximize efficiency
Ability to delegate work duties
Ability to manage 5-8 locations
