Job Description:
Fortis Core Lending is seeking a Graphic Print Designer to join the marketing team. Their primary role is to create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts. The Graphic Print Designer will be preparing visual presentations such as real estate listing flyers, brochures, door hangers, and web graphics.

Job
Responsibilities:
?Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites
?Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed
?Contribute to team effort by accomplishing marketing collateral results as needed
?Ability to work independently on assigned tasks but also accept direction on given assignments
?Create designs to satisfy an incredibly diverse array of project objectives
?Collaborate with marketing team members to meet (and exceed) the needs and expectations of the company

Skills:
?Great attention to detail
?Deadline oriented
?Manage workflow in a timely manner to follow deadlines accordingly
?Can handle constructive criticism
?Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
?Basic designing skills and techniques
?Knowledge in design layouts and formatting for print
?Understand marketing trends and consumer behavior, and know how to apply that knowledge to every design
?Experience with formal design elements including typography, layout symmetry, color, white space, proportion, etc

Education/
Experience:
?Bachelors in Graphic Design or other related fields
?Without a degree, must have some professional design experience
?Experience with motion graphics is a plus
